Famous artist Haluk Levent attended the opening of an art exhibition featuring paintings by children undergoing hematology treatment for cancer at a hospital. The young artists gifted Haluk Levent a portrait they had drawn of him, and in return, he presented them with plaques and gifts.
Ten-year-old Betül Tongal, who received treatment under AHPAB—a charity group led by Haluk Levent—and recovered through a bone marrow transplant, exhibited her artwork alongside her friends who are also receiving treatment in the same department.
After touring the exhibition and appreciating the young artists' works, the renowned singer presented each child with a plaque and gifts. The hospital exhibition was also attended by the children's doctors, including Prof. Dr. Barış Malbora and Dr. Hakan Sarbay, their art teacher and sculptor Adnan Doğan, and their families. The children's joy was clearly visible on their faces.
