Who is Prof. Dr. Barış Malbora?
Prof. Dr. Barış Malbora is an experienced pediatric hematology and oncology specialist who has worked in Turkey's most respected health institutions, specializing in pediatric hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplantation. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, he completed his master's and doctoral studies at Başkent University.
Throughout his career, he has worked at major centers such as GATA Haydarpaşa, Dr. Sami Ulus Children's Hospital, and İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital, performing countless successful treatments for blood diseases and bone marrow transplants in children.
As a member of many professional organizations such as the Turkish Pediatric Hematology Association, Turkish Society of Hematology, Turkish Pediatric Oncology Group, and the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT), Prof. Dr. Malbora continues his profession with an approach based on scientific data, bound by ethical values, and focused on the patient.
