Hosted by the Izmir Association for Sick Children's Homes, the concert organized for the benefit of Tepecik Training and Research Hospital's Pediatric Oncology Service and Bone Marrow Transplant Center brought together art lovers with the sponsorship of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, Karşıyaka Municipality, Konak Municipality, Güzelbahçe Municipality, and many institutions and individuals. During the concert, a large majority of the audience wore masks as part of the 3-8 November LEUKEMIA CHILDREN'S WEEK, raising awareness for leukemia week.

After the concert, Sevil Ozan, the President of the İzmir Society for Children's Homes, made a statement: "The association provides accommodation for 14 families in 7 houses. Besides the electricity, water, and heating expenses, the sick children and their families have important needs like diapers and medicine. The families stay in these houses for 6 months to 1 year depending on their treatment duration, and we don't ask for any payment from them. Currently, there are many low-income families waiting in line to stay in our houses. We raised awareness about this issue and helped people get to know us. We extend our gratitude to İdil Biret."
Nilüfer Güzel, the Art Consultant for the Every Note a Hope Project and a Piano Instructor at the Karşıyaka Municipality Conservatory, expressed her satisfaction at being part of a dream project and emphasized that they were extending a helping hand to sick children by using the unifying power of music. Güzel said, "It's as if it's carrying the good news of a new birth with new hopes. Your story might also begin with a note tonight. 'EVERY NOTE IS A HOPE, EVERY BOOK IS A LIFE.' Tonight, I feel the peace and happiness of waking up knowing there are still people in the world who harbor hope. Just like in the starfish story, we will leave a mark on the lives we touch throughout our lives, even if it's just one person. This is your chance to throw a starfish into the ocean. You might start tomorrow... Of course, every story has a hero. Sometimes, a single hero isn't enough to save every story. All the heroes will come together and become one heart. Some, like me, will offer their entire heart, while others will give a piece of their fortune.
People like Assoc. Prof. Dr. Barış Malbora, Aslı Kokuluçiçek, and Çiğdem Yaldırak, with their heartfelt contributions, will continue to help, just as Sevil Ozan, the President of the İzmir Society for Children's Homes, hosts. But they will all make those magnificent faces of yours smile. To the bright-faced, beautiful people of my country, I offer my endless thanks for the hope and the huge hearts you've given... I am as happy as a person can be today. This is for you, children, so that you may walk toward a brighter future," she concluded.
Thanks to the books brought by those who attended the heavily-attended concert, a library was also initiated. The proceeds from the concert will also be used to purchase a medical device for the Tepecik Training and Research Hospital Pediatric Oncology Service.
